Welcome to Volleyball Connect, the platform dedicated to connecting volleyball clubs with players seeking sporting and professional opportunities. By accessing this site, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions of Use.
1. Purpose
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to define the conditions of access to and use of the website www.volleyballconnect.fr (hereinafter “the Site”), operated by Volleyball Connect (hereinafter “the Publisher”).
The Site allows:

allowing clubs to post offers and view player profiles

allowing players to create a profile, view offers, and apply.

to allow all users to communicate via internal communication tools.
2. Acceptance of conditions
Registering on or using the Site constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these conditions, you may not use the services offered by Volleyball Connect.
3. Access to the site
The Site is accessible free of charge to any user with an internet connection. Some services (profile creation, posting offers, messaging) require the creation of a user account.
The Publisher reserves the right:

to suspend access for maintenance or updates,

to restrict access to certain services in the event of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
4. Account creation and management
To create an account, the user must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
The user is responsible for:

the confidentiality of his/her login credentials,

any activity carried out via his/her account,

the regular updating of its information.

The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of:

fraudulent, abusive or unethical use.
5. Use of the site
The user agrees to use the Site in accordance with its intended purpose, including:

not to publish false, misleading, abusive, discriminatory or defamatory content,

not to impersonate another user,

not to damage the image of Volleyball Connect or that of other members.
Any content that violates these rules may be removed without notice.
6. Services offered
For the players:

Creating a sports profile (personal data, statistics, videos, etc.)

Consultation and application for club offers.
For clubs:

Publication of recruitment offers.

Viewing player profiles.

Application and contact management.
The Publisher acts solely as a technical intermediary and does not intervene in the contractual relationship between players and clubs.
7. Responsibilities
The user is solely responsible:

information that he publishes,
-
of its interactions with other users,
-
compliance with applicable laws (GDPR, image rights, intellectual property, etc.)
Volleyball Connect's responsibility:

The Publisher cannot be held responsible:
-
user-generated content,
-
relationships or contracts concluded between players and clubs
-
possible interruptions or errors in the operation of the site.

The Publisher undertakes, however, to maintain the site in good working order and to guarantee data security.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site (logo, text, images, design, source code, database) is the exclusive property of Volleyball Connect. Any reproduction, distribution, or use without written authorization is prohibited. Users retain ownership of the content they publish (photos, videos, text), but grant Volleyball Connect a non-exclusive right to use it for the purposes of operating the Site.
9. Personal Data

10. Account suspension or deletion
